By placing an order with KCRB WoodWorks, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them simple and straightforward — the way we do business.

Our Products

All products are handcrafted from natural hardwoods. Grain patterns, color variations, and minor imperfections are part of the character of handmade goods — they're not defects. That's what makes each piece unique.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. The balance is due on completion before shipping or pickup. Typical turnaround is 6–8 weeks, but may vary based on wood availability and our current workload. We'll communicate timelines throughout the design process.

We reserve the right to decline custom order requests that fall outside our capabilities or the materials we work with.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but once your order is confirmed, the price is locked in at the agreed amount.
